Thursday May 22nd:
1pm to 4pm Early check in. Racers who check in on Thursday, will receive 1 extra raffle ticket in their racer pack.

Friday May 23rd:
6am Registration check in opens.
8:30am Registration check in closes.
8:45am Drivers Meeting / track explanation. Every racing participant must be present.
9:15 am - Qualifying begins. Classes will be run in the following order
1. 4x4 Small Block
2. 4x4 Brushed Electric
3. 4x4 Brushless Electric
4. 4x4 Pro Modified Electric
5. 4x4 Big Block
NOTE: Novice qualifying has moved to Saturday morning!

Saturday May 24th:
6:00am Staff Arrives
7:00am Participants arrive and begin placing trucks for show and shine competition.
8:00am All trucks that are participating in show and shine competition need to be placed on track and racers choice and staff voting will begin.
8:45am Opening ceremonies, sponsor recognition, national anthem and Navy Special Warfare Foundation raffle winner announced.
9am Show and shine winners announced.
9:15am Drivers Meeting.
9:30 Novice class qualifying followed by Side By Side Elimination racing.

Sunday May 25th:
6:00am Staff arrives
7:00am Participants arrive
8:00am Drivers Meeting. All pulling, long jump, and freestyle participants must be present.
8:30am Pulling competition begins.
10:00am Freestyle competition begins*
12:30pm Long Jump competition begins**

There are very few hotels within a few minutes of the race. Reasonable rates can be found in Elizabeth city, NC.
